Imagine yourself sitting inside the Sun. But the color of the Sun is green – a pure green (very important). So you’re sitting in a Sun of green fire. Radiant energy.

You can be, in your imagination, anywhere you like – a beach, a cruise ship, a mountain top. This is up to you. The important thing is to be in this Green radiance.

Make a positive statement and chant the mantra. Get into a nice rhythm with it. You can make statements such as MY SOUL MATE IS PRESENT WITH ME NOW. Or, I LOVE AND AM LOVED IN RETURN.

Other statements will come to you as you proceed. The important thing is to chant the mantra after each statement. Get into the feeling that this is the actual condition and circumstance. Rest in this feeling. You will know when to come down.
